Title: I think this product is best when taken on a regular basis
Review: The directions on this bottle say to take it morning, noon and night for two weeks straight and then take it twice a day for two weeks. The key to success, according to the directions on the bottle, is to take it like this. I am not that far yet so I hope that it is helpful.What I can say for sure is that I had no trouble swallowing the capsules, which are standard in size. There was no taste or odor. I did notice that they look pink, which I assume comes from the cranberry in this product.If I find this product isn’t helpful in using it as stated on the bottle, I will come back and update my review.
