Title: Base is very hard and magnet not strong enough
Review: ** UPDATE**Although I did return this tablet/cell phone holder, I have to say that their customer service department was really on the ball. I had returned the item well within the return window allowance – but they also reached out saying that they were sorry that the item did not work out for me. Already received the refund. Perhaps this cell/tablet stand would work out for someone else. Just not the design for me and my needs.Original review:I really wanted to love this design. I had a Saiji bean bag phone/tablet holder for the last 8 months and absolutely LOVED it. Unfortunately the arm pivot broke, which if you read the reviews of that make and other similar plastic arm cell/ttablet holders is a consistent problem with all of their designs.Purchased this one because without an extendable arm I was hoping that it would be more durable. Well this folding top angle design DOES eliminate the possibility of a pivoting type arm breaking, but the magnetic portion that’s supposed to hold my phone isn’t strong enough to hold even my phone in place much less a tablet. You can use a little pull-up tab once you’ve angled the top to hold your tablet or phone, which wouldn’t be so bad except for the fact that the base of this particular design is a very VERY rigid foam. Might as well be a solid block of wood, wobbles on my lap because it doesn’t conform to any angled surface whether it’s your thigh, knee or a chair arm. Much prefer the bean bag type base that other ‘arm’ designed holders have for lap comfort. The other problem with this design is that it’s not very lightweight. Since the description says that the base is foam, I assumed that it was as lightweight as my old Saiji phone/tablet stand, but it is actually heavy for its size which makes picking it up on an angle of a table next to my recliner difficult for me.I’ll be returning it and continue looking for something else that will be more durable then my old Saiji bean bag phone/tablet holder.

Title: Stop bending your neck for screen time!
Review: This is way cooler than I thought it would be. The quality is awesome and it’s so handy! I find myself looking down at my phone too much in bed, and had neck pain to prove it. This helps so much.
