Title: Fair-to-Good Magnifier
Review: The good news: This glass provides powerful magnification with minimum distortion. The built-in stand & flexible configurations are great for hand-off use. It’s is also very affordable.The not-so-good news: The light works fairly well, but I could stand to have the light brighter. The loupe is small with increased magnification — it’s of modest utility — when I use it to magnify some text, a single letter can overwhelm the small size. Also, there is a single LED devoted to the loupe, and it is easy to forget that it comes on when you shut off the main lights, and if you place the glass down flat, you can forget that the loupe light is on.
