Title: Innaccurate, painful joke
Review: Consistently over-inflates only to eventually return an error. When I say over-inflates, it pauses to deflate as it should, detects one pulse beat and then begins to reinflate…it will do this 2 or 3 times and keep going until it is ready to snap your arm in half. I am not a newcomer to using a home blood pressure monitor, so I know how to adjust the cuff and where to set the sensor etc. This is crazy. I got it to return a result only a few times in a week and on those occasions the reading could not be trusted because it would vary from 88/50 to 255/62. This device has serious firmware issues and I do not recommend purchase. VIve health customer support is laughably bad. Returned for a refund inside of a week.

Title: Good product but used
Review: I paid for a new Device and the device was clearly used. Still had readings from someone else stored in it. It appears to be working properly but app is awful.
