Review: Love these things. We’re 75 and live in Arizona and dehydration is always a concern, in fact dehydration in adults over 65 should always be a concern. You don’t know you are until complications arise. These are a quick easy way to monitor your hydration.

Review: Due to medication, proper hydration is difficult for me to manage. These strips are very helpful. I find that after I remove the strip from my urine stream, It helps to hold the strip in a horizontal position immediately. Otherwise, the pad isn’t colored uniformly, making it harder to match the bottle color.

Title: I think I’m getting inconsistent results
Review: When they work they are helpful. However, I think the results seem inconsistent. Some of the strips don’t seem to change color at all. The next time I check with another strip I get a color change within the scale on the bottle.

Title: I Question the Reliability
Review: I reside in the southwest-very hot summers. I purchased strips with concerns of summer dehydration and my body has also demonstrated some signs of dehydration, requiring IV fluids. Every time I utilize the strips, I receive the same result EVERY TIME- test always reports that my body is optimally hydrated.

Title: They work
Review: So I’m not sure how to write a review about sticks you pee on to make sure you are hydrated. They work great and accurately lol. I mean they could use a slightly bigger “handle” tip at the end so they don’t slip out of your finger tips while you’re dipping them in your waterfall stream. Other than that they are easy to read the colored guide on the side of the bottle is really helpful. No photos attached for obvious reasons lol this is NOT this type of website.
