Title: Not a Great 2 Line Phone
Review: This phone was purchased for a small 2-phonelined medical clinic. We tried the phone for a little less than 1 month. We liked the ring tones and the easy to find hold button. However, we ended up returning the phone. This phone has two separate buttons for answering a phone call. If a call is coming in on Line 1, Line 1 button MUST be pressed. If a call is coming in on Line 2, Line 2 button MUST be pressed. Our old phones automatically picked up a call on the available line, so there was no need to be extra observant before answering or making a call. We constantly picked up a phone line that was already in use on accident. This caused a lot of confusion. If you aren’t already used to something else this phone might work for you, but after using a different answering system for over 10 years this phone wasn’t for us.

Review: This phone is the biggest piece of crap I’ve ever purchased and it will be returned. I have spent all morning combing the Internet, User’s Manual and You Tube attempting to register the handsets. They WILL NOT register. The most frustrating experience with a phone I’ve ever encountered. I have repurchased a Panasonic. Hopefully it will not disappoint!
