Review: Got this for our Oma with dementia. Were able to put all her favorite people in the phone preprogrammed. Love how it is extra loud and gives options for clear speaking.

Title: Too easy to place unwanted call on the photo only handset.
Review: The handset is awesome for someone with memory issues, however if you aren’t careful you will be accidentally calling someone each time you pick it up. Wish there was a way to add photos to the handset phone for the base station phone so our family member would easily know who to call with that phone too. M1, M2, etc is not enough description for our loved one. Sadly that base has to be in a room she doesn’t go in.

Title: NOT recommended!!
Review: Terrible design!! They say it’s supposed to be designed a specifically for seniors and those with memory issues. The phone did not work half of the time. I bought extra handsets and couldn’t get one of them to work at all. The handsets were difficult to program and sync with the base unit. Some features never worked. The buttons on the handset are too small and too many buttons!Whoever designed this product has never had an elderly parent with vision and hearing problems! Someone thought it would be a good idea to put the delete and block features on the same key/button. Are you kidding me!!?? So frustrating. It was hard for me to navigate let alone my 92-year-old mother. Every time she tried to delete a message on the answering machine, she would end up blocking one of us. Then on the main unit, if you actually pressed one of the pre-programmed buttons with someone’s picture on it, there is no way to pick up the handset and have a conversation thru the handset. You were forced to talk over speakerphone otherwise it made a high-pitched squealing noise. Very disappointing product! Does not work as advertised. I would not recommend! The company needs to conduct better field testing with real users before they put out any more products.
