Review: Been wearing Walk Hero insoles for about 8 years or so, and I recommend them to everybody! I have pretty wide feet and these insoles have a wide footbed and wide heel cup – I have not found another insole as wide. These are as close to prescription orthotic inserts that you can get, and with that being said, here is the only caveat – your feet will hurt the first few days wearing these, but then after that its like walking on a cloud! I recommend 4 hours first day, 6 hours second day, 8 hours third day, and then you should be good for all day comfort!Whatever material is very strong, and it helps to reshape your foot so you have better balance, and your weight is more evenly distributed across your feet. After your feet adjust, your posture improves, and it subsequently helps with back pain and knee pain.

Review: I tried some drugstore orthotics, but they were too soft and inadequate arch support. These are firm and stiff (which is a help when putting them in shoes) and have good arch support. They are quite large and easy to trim to size. I’m buying another pair.

Title: Excellent Quality and Fit !
Review: These fit great and are what I would call true to size.Ordered a size 14 to go into my size 14 Air Max 1s and they fit perfectly with no trimming needed.Excellent if you are having a Plantar Fasciitis flare-up.I own Doctor prescribed Carbon Fiber inserts that I got for FP some years ago.They work but unfortunately are a little ‘sharp’ around the heel cup and they are NOT full lengthand only go to just before the ball/ forefoot.These inserts though are perfect!!!Light padded with a comfy heel cup and the arch support is reinforced TPU, not just paddinglike you find on so many other inserts that just squish down after only a little bit of wear.I would highly recommend these to make your feet feel good again.They may take a little getting used to since the arch support is high and stiff but after a littletime, your feet will thank you.

Title: Too tight in shoes
Review: This has great arch support. I have high arches so this was super comfortable but these didn’t work for me. The arch support was so high that it made my shoes feel super tight (I tried them with shoes that we’re an entire size bigger too). I’m not sure what does people were wearing with these but the comfort of the arch support was overshadowed by how cramped my foot felt in the shoes
