Title: Matches hospital monitoring. Comfortable.
Review: This is a mixed review. I gave it five stars because the original product was amazing and because it bothers me that people say it’s not accurate when they are using it wrong. You can’t use it while exercising. The directions tell you that excessive motion will cause it to stop recording, and it will flash at you instead. It can’t get a good connection when you are exercising. This is for sleeping and for daytime use when you are not exercising. I’ve worn one for 3 years now and it has saved my life. Doctors have been so impressed they have asked where they can get it to order for relatives. It’s so accurate that in the hospital they just read my monitor instead of getting out their own. I’ve worn it on my left hand while wearing overnight oximetry from the sleep lab on my right, and it was completely accurate. When I go for checkups at the doctor, they use my monitor instead of getting out their own, because it has always been the same. I love the vibration feature. I have 2 monitors that I switch for night and day. Night is set at 90% and daytime at 94. That way if I drop below I will wake up and solve the problem at night, and during the day when it vibrates, I know I need to either adjust my oxygen or change my activity level. I can’t say enough good about it. I’m typing this while wearing it. It doesn’t interfere with anything. You just can’t get it wet. It’s so comfortable at night, I don’t even know it’s there. The display goes into sleep mode when you hold still to conserve battery, and just a flick of the wrist wakes it up to show you your O2 sats, pulse strength, and HR. I download them each morning and save to a pdf in my oxygen file, and can send anything unusual to my primary care doc, pulmonologist, and cardiologist. It’s amazing. However, the new model O2 Max has a different clasp than the older model, Wellue Sleepue, and it is hard to put on, and I am allergic to metal, so I can’t use the newest model. I am heartbroken. Why would they take a great thing and make it worse? 🙁

Title: A wonderful device to test for , monitor, treat sleep apnea.
Review: I bought the Check Me O2 Max after noticing some drops during shorter recordings of night time SPO2 with another device (Oxyfit) . After corresponding with the manufacturer they suggested further investigation with the Check Me O2 Max. After I received it, I used for over a week and was able to determine that I indeed suffered from sleep apnea, as there were many and very deep SPO2 drop event.I went to see a renowned pneumologist who after seeing the CheckMe O2 graphs on the excellent VHealth App and extensive report generated and emailed to him, prescribed an overnight test (polysomnography) at the hospital which came back with a a diagnosis of severe OSA (obstructive sleep apnea) . The number of events and other data recorded was nearly identical to the Check Me O2 Unit. As the events were so many (>25 per hour) and deep (SPO2 down to mid 70s) and after examining my throat, the doctor said other modes of treatment Mandibular Advance devices, surgery, etc) were not advised . Also, for this reason I could not use the otherwise excellent audio and vibrational alarm feature of the CheckMe O2 Max, so he concluded the best option in my case was getting a C/APAP.After purchasing a C/APAP (as I travel got a very small/light unit) and seeing good results I still use the CheckMe O2 Max to compare the recorded data of both devices. In addition, the software that is used with the Check me O2 Max gives me long term information and graphs that is not available from the CPAP/APAP machine software. I find the CheckMe 02 unit a perfect compliment to my travel CPAP for the additional information it gives me , the long battery life (up to a week) and internal memory ( up to a week) . The software on the phone displays historical information for very long periods and online backup is avilable as well but have not used. The finger sensor is working out fine for me as I slide it on/off from my index finger carefully. If it were to break I see there are replacements right here for a reasonable price. Very happy to have made this purchase and continue to use it daily

Title: Nice while it lasted…not quite 5 months. A week waiting so far. **resolved device replaced
Review: ***Updated belowBought this in mid July 2025. Worked great and was accurate when I cross checked with my other 2 finger pulse oximeters which I also cross check with the Drs regularly and frequently lately. Now early December 2025 it is going off like crazy and doesn’t match up with my other 2 by WILDLY inaccurate numbers. I need this to work as I am undergoing Cardiac testing so need accuracy and at best going to have to go without any monitoring for days or longer to get it replaced or refunded. Ugh I contacted support over a week ago and had to jump thru hoops to get them the video showing the issue while letting them know that I do need to have a working device to monitor my oxygen levels until I can get care. Asked if I should order another and have me refunded so I wouldn’t be without monitoring any longer than possible. Been sitting here a week waiting and no customer service phone just support form tag with them so far.***OK, after almost 2 weeks they did send a replacement device. Thank you! It works fine so far. Major design flaw IMO to have the cord connection that sticks out so far with this type of fragile connector type. Need to recess the plug for it or use a sturdier type of connection port as I think this is why these devices so often only remain accurate for a limited time. A really simple design fix would make this a superior and more consistently reliably accurate product over the duration of expected and advertised product life..

Title: Accurate data and easy to use
Review: Accuracy of oxygen and pulse are good, charts are easy to read and to text to others. All good except the wrist band, it takes someone else to put on, very hard to do with one hand. Overall very good.
