Review: Price Point – 5 starsEase of setup – 5 stars (NOTE: it is important that you know how to set your 5G wifi to 2.4 for setup)Ease of use – 5 starsI could not be happier!!!My husband has some dementia and was recently hospitalized for respiratory failure and heart failure. I was not able to leave the room for fear that he would injure himself. With the installation of cameras and this wonderful alert system I’m able to move around the house, work in the yard. Now that he is doing better I can even leave for the store and if he needs me he can just push the button around his neck.I pu the SOS box in the master bedroom upstairs where I am sleeping. When he depresses the button at night, my bedroom chime rings and an alarm alerts on my phone.When I was at the pet store he pushed the button. An alarm rang on my phone. I called him and he wanted to know if he could get him a juice.Note: He remembers how to answer his phone but not how to make calls so this is the perfect answer.

Review: This is a good product; it works great and especially being subscription free. Install the app on your phones and you will receive alerts wherever you are via the app, so the SMS type option isn’t necessary. It comes with three of the alert buttons too, which is nice.

Title: Works Great. Can Combine Two Kits for 2 Receivers and 6 Buttons
Review: Works great. Receiver volume is plenty loud. Buttons are large and easy to press.With the Tuya app, the receiver can be configured for volume level and individual alarm tones can be set for each button, ranging from chime tones, minuets, and conventional alarm sounds.I needed a second receiver, so I ordered a second kit. I was able to enroll all six buttons (three from each kit) into both receivers. Now every button activates both receivers at the same time. (By default, buttons are factory enrolled only in the receiver they ship with.)The two receivers show up as a separate devices in the Tuya app. Since I enrolled all buttons in both, two push notifications appear on my app each time a button is pressed. This is a nice safety feature: if either receiver were unplugged or fail, the other receiver would still send a notification.My biggest gripe is that I cannot figure out how to change the alarm sound of the phone app on my iPhone; it’s an obnoxious klaxon-style sound. It might be a deal killer for some, but not enough of a problem for me to deduct a star. Also, mine came with USB power cables but no power supplies, so I had to power them from a couple of my spare USB phone charger supplies.

Title: Caregiver alert system
Review: This is a great affordable product for any senior in your life. It can also function as a home alarm system. All you need to do is download the app onto your phone and you will be notified of any emergency alarm warning.I only gave it four stars because the app isn’t really user friendly. It’s hard to navigate through things. You really have to play around with it to figure things out. They do have plans for emergency services if needed which are optional. Anyone in your family or friends can download the app and install it on their phones for those that you wish to share notifications and alerts. If you get an alarm event you can silence it with your phone.

Title: Grateful for this product for additional safety for seniors
Review: This is a great alternative to other more costly monitoring systems. Sets up easily, app has all that you need and there is no charge. If you want to upgrade you can, but for what we need the free version works great. Be mindful that the buttons are pressure sensitive so as you wear them they can be triggered if they get tangled up or when someone is napping and accidentally leans against the button. I honestly find it very relieving that they work so well. We came up with some solutions for this including putting a small, easily opened plastic case around one. This may not be a solution for others with manual dexterity issues. Definitely consider this product if you want a better nights sleep for everyone.

Title: Exactly what we needed
Review: This is simple and easy to use with no monthly fee. You can get a subscription but I just need to be alerted if my mom needs me as I live with her but now when I walk my dog I don’t worry as much bc it notifies my phone. She says the bracelet is light and comfortable but it also comes with a lanyard to wear around your neck

Title: Disappointing and Not Worth the Price
Review: I bought this for my elderly mom so she could easily call for help if needed. Unfortunately, it’s been more trouble than it’s worth. The app is confusing to set up . I can’t connect to the app at all. The so-called “no monthly fee” is false, you must pay a monthly fee every month. The device feels very flimsy, and the remote control broke after two weeks of normal use. Battery life barely lasts two days. For something this important, reliability is everything — and this just isn’t reliable.

Title: Reliable alerting in the home (and everywhere)
Review: This unit does exactly what it advertises – the device joins your wifi network and provides audible alerting in the home via an audible signal. Additionally, if you install the smart phone app, your phone is also alerted when the signal is triggered. On my Android phone, the alarm is silenced when the phone is in Do-Not-Disturb mode. Something to be aware of. If you’re relying on this alert signal on your phone, be sure to not use DND.This works anywhere. Literally. As long as your cell phone has internet, anywhere in the world, you will receive an alert when it is triggered. After setting it up, I was away on business (2500 miles away) and when the button was pressed at home, I was alerted.
