Title: Sound is fantastic
Review: Need to contact LiotoinI’ve own this unit since August 2024, so only seven months. It works fantastic!They’re different sounds of the volumes and it allows the caregivers for an elderly lady to actually sleep at night because there’s no way you can sleep through the sound.The button is easy for the patient to push – we hang it next to her bed and it’s easy easy Peezy to useHowever, the charger cord is very short and very delicate and it’s about to break.I’ve been trying to reach the company to see if I could purchase a new cord or if they would be kind enough to replace it since it’s a Manufacturing issue, we have taken very, very good care of this.I have nowhere where I can find to reach this company.I’m going to wait a little bit and see if I can get some Customer Service response from them. If I cannot, I’ll have to come back and leave a poor review only because as a customer, I want to be able to reach the company. I think that’s a big part of relationship and customer experience. I’ve given them my money and they give me a product and now there’s a problem.I do hope they’ll reach out

Title: This Works Well So Far — Very Plug and Play With Video and paper instructions
Review: This is as loud as you want it! My husband has Parkinson’s and he can press the button. Set up was pretty much plug and play using the video here and the directions in the box. This was a great experience for me, because I tend to get frustrated with technology. I have not yet tested the portable box, but everything else works great –through the walls and everything no problem. We also had a lot of laughs about how he might push the button just for fun since we chose the ding dong sound, but in practice we don’t do that — this is for emergencies only. Great product!

Title: Wonderful
Review: We bought this for my dad who cannot get in and out of bed by himself any longer. He was calling if he needed help, but started having trouble using his cell phone as well. This has been a lifesaver and so convenient! It works while outdoors as well. I would absolutely recommend this product

Title: Works wonderfully
Review: This system helps us be able to move around the house (both inside and outside) and not worry about our elderly mother in the house. We have set her call buttons in the bathroom, the bedroom and then one on her… and the unit is plugged into our bedroom. The light is really bright and the sound is really loud! The vibrate function on the handheld is strong and will definitely get our attention when she presses her button!

Title: Paid for “new”, received an “open box”
Review: Functional, and fairly simple to set up. The instructions are adequate. However, I definitely received an open box item—the box arrived unsealed and inside a clear bag to contain the parts, batteries were already installed, missing the included tool to install the batteries, one receiver was programmed.Fully functioning, and more hassle to deal with returns or a price adjustment. Just keep in mind the item you receive may not be “new”.

Title: Works great exept for the pager
Review: I ordered this a few months back and everything worked perfectly right out of the box, no setup was required. Then after a couple weeks of use the portable pager just stopped working. This was disappointing because I needed it for when I went outside to do yard work or whatever else outside that put me out of range of being able to hear one of the other 2 plugged in receivers. I tried installing new batteries in the pager and reprogramming it. It would then work again but only on and off making it unreliable. The 2 plugged in receivers never missed alerting me..they work great. Having missed the freedom and need of being able to go outside without worry of something happening to my husband I reordered this complete set, because buying the pager alone was an unavailable option. All I needed was another pager. The new set arrived this week and like before everything worked perfectly EXCEPT for the pager. In fact, I never got the pager to work at all, not even once the second time around. I did not return it because I just figured that since everything else worked so well I’d just keep the extra receivers and transmitters for backup. This is a great product that has worked without fail except for the portable pager feature, which I really needed and it was one of my reason for buying this brand and style..TWICE! If you don’t need the pager feature then this is an excellent product and a must have if you are a caregiver for someone who requires you to be within earshot of them..It gives me and my husband both a great sense of comfort 24/7 knowing I can always hear him.

Title: Absolutely wonderful
Review: This has been one of the best purchases I have ever made. I got this so my frail mother could let me know that she needed help and I didn’t have to stay in the same room with her. I am even able to walk outside and water my plants or just sit on the porch for a few moments without worry because all she has to do is push a button. One receiver plugs into an outlet and the other receiver is rechargeable and you can carry it around with you. I have one pad at her beside, one in the bathroom and another that she keeps attached to her walker. You can choose different ringtones and you can adjust the volume. I showed these to hospice and they got the information to pass along to other family members of patients. My only regret is that I didn’t order this earlier.
