There are many varieties of crepes: sweet or savoury; it can be made with only buckwheat flour which is the most traditional one, called Galette in French, made only with wheat flour or mixed with two flours; and of course, you can add your favorite fillings, such as fruits, cheese, hum, mushroom, and so on.

Today, i will show you how to make the traditional savoury breton Galette with Buckwheat flour, stuffed with ham, cheese and egg. Its french name is “Galette bretonne”. This dish is very easy to prepare and is perfect for breakfast, and you can also eat it as lunch or dinner.
