A world culinary journey for food, culture, nature, health and unity!
It’s the season for lobsters in North America now and i will show you my favorite lobster recipe today, baked Cajun Lobster Tail. I will use the cold water lobsters from eastern Canada. The recipe i will show you today is originally from Cajun, an American ethnic who is the French descendant living in Louisiana.
Cajun cuisine is a combination of french, spanish and african cuisines. Cajun seasoning is popular and delicious and it can be used in grilled chicken, seafood, steaks or roasted veggies.
