Title: Great headphones!
Review: I don’t have any other professional head phones so I thought I’d give this a try. I do a lot of phone calls for work and often work from home. Sound quality is great for what I use it for, unless the other line has a weak connection or they’re aren’t speaking clearly, I can hear the other person perfectly. I have kids that come in and out of my work area at home and a dog that barks at the air, sometimes I’m in and out to our living room while on a call and TV is on and the kiddos are talking or making some noise, I had several people tell me they couldn’t hear the background noise. I also confirmed it with my manager while my dog was barking loudly and she couldn’t hear the background. The earpads are comfortable and the headset itself doesn’t feel tight and is lightweight. I have it on for a long period of time and my head or ears do not hurt. I’ve used it max 2 days in a row for phone calls and battery is still great. Overall, I think these headsets are great for what I need.

Title: Honestly, it is excellent
Review: I use it with Avaya, built into the computer. As a result I’ve only been using it with the dongle, instead of risking it trying to connect it via Bluetooth. Let me simply say, the connection has been flawless. No instability on any call. No delays. Voice, both me speaking and hearing others, is clear, loud, and overall exceptional. So far this has been a fantastic purchase. The construction of the unit is pretty solid. Some metal and mostly plastic. Fits magnificently with very little slippage once placed on my head. Snug, yet comfortable. The boom mic mutes when I move it in the upward position. All buttons work perfectly. I don’t wear the thing non-stop straight with non-stop calls. I cannot attest to battery life, but it seems solid. For just short of $110, I am astounded as to the quality. I imagine you will be too.

Title: Battery lasts forever!!
Review: I gave it four stars because it said it came with two replacement ear pads but came with no replacement ear pads and also because the raise virtual hand in teams doesn’t seem to be working. Other than that i’ve only been using it for an hour or so but so far it’s very comfortable and i can hear whats going on in the teams meeting with no problems and they can also hear me perfectly. I love the mute function by just lifting the boom, hopefully it works this good with my avaya phone. I will update if i find anything else out different or if i have any problems with the battery but since i just started using it i haven’t had a chance to get that far with it yet. Update …today will be my 3rd day of using this headset for my entire shift which is 8 hours from 10am-7pmcst and it gets turned off for my lunch from 2pm-3pm. According to the app on my phone the battery is at 65% and has only been charged once when I first got it so that’s very exciting!! I’m hopeful it does that well for a long time and I am def impressed as that the best battery I’ve ever seen on a wireless headset and that includes several from Plantronics. I suspect I will need to charge it at some point today but I have found out you can still use it while it’s charging which is another awesome feature of this amazing headset. I just wish the raise hand button worked because ids one of the reasons I chose this one, not the main reason but was def a deciding factor.

Title: 100% noise cancelling!!!
Review: If you’re like me and were looking for headphones to prevent other people in your TEAMS meeting hear your children scream and playing then look no further. These work! My wife and I share an office space in our home and when she’s on a TEAMS meeting or speaking with someone it cannot be heard by anyone I am speaking or talking to or if I’m in a TEAMS meeting at the same time. It legit blocks everything surrounding you out. It doesn’t matter how loud she’s speaking or how loud my children are screaming the other people on the other line cannot hear them. We tested it and had our kids purposely scream loud while my wife was talking while I listened on my headset in another room and silence, couldn’t even hear them. Highly recommend!This is the wife mentioned above leaving a review…I wanted to add that this headset works with other applications not just TEAMS. I have it paired to my work cell and works very well with phone calls. The noise cancelling microphone is amazing. Battery life is long. I work 10 hour shifts. I use it all day and it hasn’t died on me yet. The headphones are padded so it’s very comfortable. Sounds quality is good. I have nothing negative to say about these headphones. 100% recommend! I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

Title: Issue with microphone being stuck
Review: This is my 3rd wireless headset and it has the issue of microphone staying on after a call. So my 5 stars has went down. I figured I’ll get a more expensive one and now I have to switch usb to work. I still don’t have to charge them everyday & able to move around and still hear when I get calls or no problem muting when I need to. The only issue is microphone is stuck after a call. 😐😬 They’re going back.

Review: Definitely pleased with this noise-canceling mic…a noticeable improvement over my other headsets. Lightweight and adjustable for comfort. The mute feature is handy, works well with TEAMS. Nice wireless range. Excellent feedback from call recipients on call clarity and lack of background noise (fans, pets, squeak of furniture). I was extremely hesitant to spend the money on these, when less expensive units made similar “noise canceling mic” claims, but this unit lived up to its description…quick charge , simple pairing, easy to use. So far, definitely worth the price
