Review: I am a physician and patient with a moderate, mixed conductive and sensorineural hearing loss. These hearing aids FAR outperform my audiologist dispensed HAs that I got in 2017. Title: Money well spent
Review: I recently purchased a pair of Yeasound RIC800 hearing aids from Amazon for my wife. She says this is the best thing she has done for her hearing and I agree. The fit and comfort is very good for small ears. The design almost makes them unnoticeable and the Bluetooth feature is great for adjusting sound on the fly. She tried a lesser quality and cost for a pair last year that makes this pair well worth the cost. These hearing aids come with #3 wires. She discovered she needed the #1 wires. Yeasound shipped them out very quickly. Outstanding customer service! I will probably get a pair of these for myself when and if the time comes.

Title: EXCELLENT hearing aids!!!!
Review: My husband ordered these for me after trialing 2 other kinds. These are EXCELLENT!!!! Great sound quality, very light & comfy (forget I have them on!), case is small/easy to use, timely/meaningful tech support responses! I’m a musician so sound quality with live music is a huge consideration for me. The live music mode and adjustment/tuning options are an answer to prayers!! Sooo thankful I researched, discovered the yeasound RIC800s & trialed them!!!

Review: As a prescription hearing aid user, Yeasound impresses me! Surprised noise reduction – conversations and Bluetooth calls crystal clear even in noisy cafes. App-based professional fitting saves my time and money to the clinic. And over 100 hrs battery eliminates my anxiety. It’s invisible! My friends said they barely notice them. Matches my $1000+ aids at fraction of cost. Satisfied purchase!

Title: Decent alternative to prescription for minimal to moderate hearing loss
Review: I got this for my visiting dad who was reluctant to bother with insurance, doctor visits and calibration. We were able to calibrate this with the provided app and internet search results. My dad noticed an improvement in hearing when it came to watching the TV or family conversations. He didn’t have much luck with streaming music or phone calls given the interference or general noise he was hearing with these on. The other challenge is getting older and technology averse people to figure out how to use the smartphone app and I’m hoping the “adaptive AI” piece is helpful here, especially when he’s done visiting.These OTC aids actually convinced him to at least consider getting a prescription hearing aid in one ear, so that’s a huge win. These are pricey at $699 and aren’t for everyone but I’m glad there’s an OTC option for folk now.

Title: Poor tech support
Review: Poor customer service. First set became defective after 6 months. Upgraded and reordered. Defective after 3 weeks and tech support is slow to respond. Used generic troubleshoot responses on how to reset. I had already tried. Calling results in 1 person in that department. Trying to get them replaced without luck
