Title: These work well after getting the correct settings
Review: I had some initial difficulty contacting customer service but they did respond quickly to my initial review and have continued to work with me to adjust the hearing aid settings. The app allows you contact customer support but that is not explained in the instructions. And the app required a photo before allowing the request for assistance to continue, but no where did it explain that the photo required was an audio test result. Once I got through that, customer service was very responsive and it seems that after a few tries they have found the settings I need.The hearing aids are very comfortable and not noticeable. I sometime forget I am wearing them because I do not feel them. And, no one in my family has even noticed I am wearing them. They keep a charge for a long time. At the end of the day they are still about 50% charged. I like that putting them in the case turns them off so I do not need to remember to do so. My hearing loss is only mild and I mainly need a boost for low voices and to better focus on speech in crowds and these hearing aids have improved my hearing. The app is handy in making adjustments to different situations. The noise level can be adjusted, the loudness is quickly adjustable, and the sound can be focused for crowds.After I was able to connect with customer support, they instructed me to use an app – Mimi – on my iPhone and then take a screen shot of the results and send it to them. They used that to suggest adjustments. I used over-the-ear headphones to maximize the test results. I also took the hearing tests using the hearing aids and I could see the improvement in my test results. I suggest this because it might save someone time in getting the adjustments necessary.My experience is that there is very little guidance on their website for self-help, but once you get connected with customer service, they are very helpful. I received a reply overnight with suggestions or sound settings following a request. And it seems that they can customize settings to the hearing aids and sent those to you via the app. Then all you have to do is select “apply” and the changes are made.I knew the hearing aids were not bluetooth connected for iPhone calls or music, but I did not want to use them for those purposes. I have no problem talking on my iPhone while wearing the hearing aids.I am pleased after with these hearing aids after one month and I can recommend them.

Title: I didn’t want to spend thousands
Review: Working with Yeasound was so easy. It only took a couple of adjustments and my hearing aids are working great! I suffer from tinnitus which was causing me to lose my hearing. My hearing is so much better now. I dreaded having to spend thousands and I’m so glad I found Yeasound!

Title: Big bang for the buck
Review: My Yeasound LADs (listening assist devices;) are a game changer. You can adjust volume individually as well as set a speech focus. Also works as bluetooth speakers and has phone call capabilities. This was not possible on my Eargo 6, and a fraction of the cost. Requires initial adjustment w a phone call to tech support but since then it’s been a very positive experience

Review: These devices are for only people with littlest loss of hearing. For me that has barely enough boost to hear the tv from 12’ away. Sending them back!

Title: Good for hearing loss. Poor for cell phone use
Review: Excellent for helping people with mild hearing loss, but absolutely horrible using it with a cell phone because of the echoing and delay from left to right when talking on the phone making it very annoying
