Review: This review is for the 3″ version.I work with technical drawings and “blueprints” for work. I will often print them on 11×17 inch paper to save paper, make them more manageable, and for the print speed versus a plotter. The down side is that some of the notes and finer details are a little small for my aging eyes.One of the other engineers has a similar item that I have seen him use from time to time so I looked around for one.While probably not as durable as a glass one I do like the lighter weight of this one compared to glass. Don’t get me wrong it still has some heft but not like glass. I travel with this sometimes so lighter is nice.The magnifications is great and very clear. the pouch and cleaning cloth are nice. I keep it sitting on the cloth at my desk so the bottom does not get scratched. I pack it in the bag when I need to go to a job site or business trip.The straight sides under the dome made it easy to maneuver and pick up.I am including a picture looking through it onto the cloth it comes with. Notice the way it magnifies the cloth threading.I hope you found this review helpful. Title: Beautiful and as expected!
Review: Bought one for me and one for my daughter as a gift. Perfect paperweight/magnifier. Clear, well-made, comes in a cool box, and has a nice storage bag and cloth, though I expect to just leave it out on my desk. Love it!

Review: I needed a magnifier for detail project work, I have tried the standing ones and head ones and glasses, none worked well and conveniently. The standing ones you need to position the light and work just right, sometimes you can not find a good position, the head ones slip and awkward, glasses are not strong enough. This dome magnifier is easy to place where you need it and has enough weight to it that it stays in place, easy to see what is magnified by the dome, no distortion that I can see. Very happy

Title: excellent quality product
Review: Excellent product, packaging and care. I have ordered several of these much more expensive units over the last decade. These are excellent and come in a decent padded box with cleaning cloth and protective bag. They draw in light and magnify on flat surfaces. We use them for map reading, plan sheet reviews, marine charting, aviation chart planning etc. Happy to find another source at reasonable prices. I usually give them away to clients and customers once they see them while in a meeting reviews construction plan sheet sets. will be ordering more as my supply dwindles 🙂
