Title: Excellent lighted magnifying glasses for multiple purposes
Review: If you are looking for a comfortable, well made, lighted magnifying headset, look no further. I bought these to replace a non-lighted headset with a couple not-so-easily interchangeable lenses. The Yoctosun magnifiers are so much better. The set comes with 5 crystal clear lenses that are very easy to interchange. The added light feature is very useful. I’m finding the headset to be very comfortable – solid but not too heavy. I use them for many tasks but primarily for setting strings to specific heights on my acoustic guitars. I use the higher magnification lenses and that requires that my eyes be only about 3 inches from the strings, which is fine for the work I do. If you use the lowest power, the working distance is more like 12”, and they would function essentially as reading glasses. At the higher magnification I imagine these glasses would be excellent for coin and stamp collectors. I highly recommend these magnifiers.

Title: Good magnifying glass, but I wanted more.
Review: I just received these lighted magnifying glasses. It’s easy to install a lens to the frame. The glasses are comfortable and the light works very well. It’s satisfying to be able to read small print again.Having said that, I quickly realized there were several features that would be useful in a pair of magnifying glasses. The first is the ability to flip up the lenses when you don’t need the magnification, and the second is a carry case to safely store the glasses and lenses.I quickly learned that not only did magnifying glasses with these features exist, the price for them isn’t much more than this basic kit, so I ordered that style of magnifying glasses and will be returning these. I gave them a 5 star rating because the product lived up to my expectations. Title: Magnifying glasses with light are great
Review: I love this product. I crochet and embioder and this has been so helpful in letting me see the small tasks I have to do. I bought a magnifying lighted glass the goes around the neck and I had trouble uising it. But these glasses are great. I can see what I am doing and have both hands free.

Review: There are a few tasks I do where I’m working with something small and thought I should get something with magnification and lighting. I read a few reviews of the Yoctosun Magnifying Glasses with Light and thought that they’d filled the bill. I received them within in a day of ordering them, and tried them out reading the instructions for another product that I had ordered that had small print. The LED light works as I’d hoped and has two brightness settings. The frames come with five different sets of lenses with different magnification from 0.75X to 4X and are easily swapped. The only problem that I see is that when using the higher magnification lenses, the item being viewed has to be held very close in order for it to be in focus. With the 4X lenses the instructions I was reading had to be barley more than an inch from my nose to be in focus. At this distance my eyes almost didn’t want to focus. I wear prescription glasses, tri-focals, and I found it worked better when I used the magnifying glasses in from of my glasses. This allowed me to hold the item I was viewing a litter further away from my face to have it in focus. There wasn’t any problem using them in this manner, they fit easily over my prescription glasses. With the lenses being able to be removed, the frames can be used by themselves to provide lighting. This by itself will be a big help viewing items up close. The additional magnification might come in handy, we’ll see, but I don’t know that it will be necessary to use the higher magnification lenses.

Title: Damaged during manufacturer packaging.
Review: Bought my first pair almost a year ago and they worked as described. Love them !! They worked so well that they “walked off” after I told a number of people how great they were after I set them down somewhere. The second pair arrived today and one of the five lenses that came with them was broken in half. Fortunately I still have the lenses from my first pair so I didn’t pursue replacement or refund. Would like to have a 1.25x lens though if possible. Tried to “talk to a human” but cannot find a way to contact Yoctsun or Amazon to make my request.

Title: Bright and easy to use
Review: I’ve got through several pairs of lighted glasses in the past few years. They all are cheap and flimsy in one way or another. So far, these are much more impressive. I really like that the LED light is centered on your head and not on the side. I’m really impressed with the heft of the interchangeable lenses. I like that there is a nice big button to turn it on/off. I love the battery indicator, as well as the option for high/low. It is extremely adjustable to your nose and the width of your head, which is also a rare feature at this price point. Highly recommended!

Review: I’m really happy with this purchase. They are well made and strong. The lenses are also good quality and light is angled perfectly. I used to buy the visor type but they always needed adjusting or kept slipping down and the lense pegs kept falling out. I don’t have any of those problems with these – a great buy at a good price!
