Title: Handy for detail work
Review: These are really useful for doing detail work in low light. I love that you can switch out the magnification. The light has two levels and the button is easy to find by feel. My only issue is that the nose bridge of this makes my nose hurt after only a few minutes. I’ve tried adjusting it, but it still causes pain. I think it’s just the weight of everything sitting on your nose. I’m going to try getting some cushions to see if it helps.

Review: i wasn’t really sure what i was purchasing when i ordered these glasses. quite honestly i really chuckled when i got them. they definately are not something that i would ever use. i wear glasses, so these just didn’t work well to use. i can’t really fault them other than to say whjat i have already said. they may be great for some.

Title: Nice magnifying glasses for detail work
Review: Well, what can I say. My eyes aren’t what they once were! And yet I still have a lot of hobbies that require me to SEE what I’m doing! Yep, there are a few bad things about getting older, but the only one that REALLY bothers me is my eyesight! I’ve used all sorts of magnifying visors, and such, and they all have their applications, depending on what I’m doing and what I need at the time. These aren’t intended to replace my others, but to supplement them for other purposes where this style will work better. So, I tried them out last night and must say that I’m impressed. The frame feels really sturdy and well made. They are comfortable and fit me well. The nose piece, arms, and all just works well and holds them securely in place. They even have a soft rubber “rib” where the frame meets the forehead, as well as a well made headstrap if one has the need. The lenses worked well for me, and have a wide range of magnification, depending on what’s needed for the task. The individual lenses are easy to install into the frames, and secure when installed, and are easy to remove and change between them as needed. And the lenses have a nice storage case to keep them in when not in use. The LED light is positioned well, and aimed correctly so that the light hits where it’s needed. And I find the intensity to be about spot on. It provides good light to see, but not so intense as to cause glare or harsh reflections that make it hard to see what you’re doing. Those that have used LED lights up close will know what I mean! Also included is a charge cable (mine came fully charged out of the box), and a cleaning cloth. I use the cleaning cloth to install and remove the lenses to prevent smudging them. Oh! And there’s also a series of lights on the side that indicates battery status so that you know when they need to be recharged.Overall, I think these are just awesome and I look forward to using them for those tasks that I ordered these for.Hopefully this has been of help to someone.

Title: Great for model hobbies
Review: I got these for my boyfriend who loves to work on his N scale model trains/layout. The lenses range from .75x-4.0X magnification. It’s nice the lenses come in a box to store them, but it’s not the most sturdy. The light on the frames is pretty bright and in a good location. The lens is a little hard to remove from the frame.
