Title: Still Great After Years!
Review: I’ve had these YOCTOSUN Rechargeable Magnifying Glasses for more than 5 years, now. They have been wonderful! Although they are heavier than ordinary reading glasses, they’re not hard to get used to. The light is bright, and the battery still takes a full charge, so my reading time is never cut short. The lens set also allows me to adjust to days when my eye focus seems to get lazy. NOTICE that YOCTOSUN offers glasses, now, with USB-C connections instead of the micro-USB I bought five years ago.

Title: Very useful
Review: I like these very much. I’m using them for diamond painting at the moment, but they will be useful for other projects as well. I do a lot of crafts and things these will be very handy to have. They work well and are easy to operate. Relatively comfortable to wear. You will need to experiment with the lenses to find the magnification best for your needs. The 1.5 works best for me at present. I haven’t used the light yet, but it is easy to operate and very bright and clear. They seem to be well made, I hope to have them for many years. I recommend these for anyone who needs hands free magnification for any thing. I am very pleased with them.

Title: Good magnifier for use at close distance only
Review: I have cataracts in both eyes and can no longer see the eye of a needle to thread it when I sew. This helps a lot. As other reviewers have said it’s only good for a very short focal distance – I would say about 4-6 inches from your eyes. That is fine for me as that’s about the distance I use to thread a needle. I like the LED light, which has two settings for brightness and is USB rechargeable. I also use this at work to see fine detail in mechanical parts we prototype. Works for me. Great for the price

Review: LOVE THESE MAGNIFIERS!! They were given to me as a gift and I raved about them so much that I bought a pair for my Mom.Had bought other magnifiers on Amazon and in less than a year had so many problems with them that I had to ask for replacement parts 3 or 4 times! I finally gave up.These magnifiers are a completely different story. They are so easy to use. Only two “complaints”:1) They do hurt the nose after a period of time.2) There is no way to buy just the frame so you can continue working while one charges.Nonetheless, these still get a five star review. You will not regret buying these magnifiers.

Title: Excellent magnifying glasses
Review: These are EXACTLY what I needed!! Several cuts above the old headband-type magnifyer I was using.They have a tight enough fit to not risk falling off your head while still being comfortable but come with a silicone band to help secure it to your head just in case.The LEDs are dead center to what you’re looking at and have 2 levels of brightness, in addition to having a built-in rechargeable battery.The lenses are easy enough to switch out and you get 4 of them plus a case.I found the 2x lenses to be ideal for most work.Also comes with a lint-free cloth.If you work on small things that are hard to see, just get these. Soldering, model building, jewelry making, whatever. If it involves looking at tiny details these will work great!!!

Title: Bad head strap, poor design
Review: Magnifiers work very well. Glasses tend to be heavy, which is understandable because of the high magnification lenses. They will not stay on my head and are not usable without the head strap, which was included. I put the head strap on the glasses and they worked fine. After using the glasses only a few times over 1 month, the head strap broke. I gave these only 3 stars because the head strap broke and because of the head strap’s poor design.

Title: I bought three, one for every room.
Review: These are truly remarkable. My mom is legally blind and uses these for knitting and reading prescription bottles and they work very well. They are a bit big, but come with a rubber head strap that hold them in place. They have an led light right above the brow, and it has two power setting and the light shines in the right place. I have three pairs at home after seeing my mom cry because she dropped and broke the one she had. Yes, that’s how much she likes and uses them, she cried when they broke. Go ahead, buy two or three and keep one in every room.

Title: Nice design with one fatal flaw
Review: tl;dr – This headlamp has a fatal flaw: the range of motion of the lenses is too limited, limiting the focal distance, so you have to lean in quite close to see anything.In general, this headlamp is very nicely designed. It’s comfortable to wear. It has a great head size adjustment mechanism. The LEDs appear to be bright. The lenses are high-quality and varied. The engagement mechanism for swapping in lenses feels secure. If I were rating it on those features alone, I would give this product five stars, especially at this price point.But there’s a problem.These lenses mount into a track that extends outward from your forehead, and there is a mechanism to adjust the distance between your eyes and the lenses. Due to the curvature of the lenses, the focal point is about the same distance from the lenses as the lenses are from your eyes.Unfortunately, the track is pretty short, so the lenses can’t be moved outward very far. As a result, the focal point is close to your face. You couldn’t read a book in your lap or look at something on your desk (like a soldering station, which is my intended use) while sitting upright – the focal point is too close to you. You’d have to lean in pretty close to the object of interest. This is a serious problem for comfort, and in some cases (like mine), for safety.This could have been alleviated by providing different lenses or a longer track. Without either of those features, this device is not usable for many purposes, including mine.
