Title: Bought for mom
Review: Bought the red phone for my mom who is hard of hearing and she loves it, just what we needed. This however is not like the old phones weight, I thought could be a little heavier but it doesn’t seem to slide around. She loves the red color. It’s loud enough that she hears it and likes the light to indicate the ring.

Review: It looks very good and works fine but it is not solid like these phones were used to be.It’s about half the weight of what the old phones were.The plastic is thinner and the inner electronics is also lighter.It is not heavy duty like old times.Forget about metal microphone and speaker on the receiver it’s all plastic on this model.But i paid about 50$ for this reproduction maybe one made like the old days would have costed 300$…So try not to drop it or hang up too violently…
