Review: These are small which hides them inside ear. You don’t really notice them. I bought them because I have tinnitus and it does help. They are comfortable and are easy to use

Title: SILICONE EAR DOME NOT GOOD CHANGE TO RUBBER EAR TIPS GOOD PERFECT HEARING
Review: This product is a very very good rechargeable hearing aid. But I need to advice anyone who have bought this productthat the silicone ear dome that was included in the order is of little use You can not hear well. Me. I changed the siliconeear dome with a RUBBER EAR TIPS ,and you know, I can HEAR PERFECTLY WELL.I have suggested to the manufacturer viathe distributor to change the silicone ear dome to RUBBER EAR TIPS to be able to provide the buyers a perfect hearingaid.

Title: Compact and quick charging.
Review: Small convenient hard shell carry and charging case that uses a standard c charging cord. Cord wall lock not included. Battery life read out is clearly visible bright and large. Ear pieces are red for left and blue for right. The earpieces fit snugly in the provided charging case. Convenient on / off switch on the earpieces.Excellent directions with the earpieces. Adjustable amplification via a small screw on each earbud with the tiny screw provided.I was getting constant static with these like the water was always on. I then realized that the sound was amplification of the fan running in the background.Sounds are amplified but like any hearing aide ALL sounds are amplified, not just voices.

Title: These amplify external sound to help prevent focusing on tinnitus
Review: These hearing aids are very easy to use and hold a charge long enough to last during all the hours I’m awake. While they can’t eliminate tinnitus noises in my ears, they amplify external ambient sounds that distract and redirect my focus away from the typical ringing and hissing sounds. They are advertised to run up to 20 hours and I wear them an average of 15 hours daily without needed to recharge. I like the digital display on the recharging case that shows remaining battery power. These are charged via the included usb cord and you’ll need to supply an adapter if you wish to plug them in a wall socket. I carry a power bank when I plan to be away from home to charge while out and about on days I forget to recharge them for the next day. The double phalange silicone ear pieces are comfortable help keep them in my ears. I’m very happy with how these are working for me!
