Title: Great Lights, research dimming details before buying
Review: I love these. I used them to replace lights where I already had 2’x2′ tiles in a drop ceiling, and they just sit in place like one of the panels. Wiring is as simple as any other light. If using the dimming, research it carefully; you’ll need a special 10v dimmer switch, and a harder-to-fine romex wire or separate dimming wire (like speaker cable) if your electrical inspector will approve it.I especially like the switch for color tone. I did not like the built-in box for wiring connections, as it’s really small, so I question if daisy chaining is really up to code, especially with the dimming wires.

Title: Great lights, just a little troublesome to install
Review: These lights are very simple to install, are much lighter, and take up much less vertical space than the old u-shape fluorescent fixtures that came with our basement–and they provide a LOT more light! The color temperature and brightness are easily selectable with switches that are easy to access by popping the light out for a moment.I took off one star for the installation process–the knockouts for the strain relief are in the cover for the connection box so you wind up having to suspend both to make the connection, then trying to fight the light and the cover together while installing. Plus, the space for making the connection is really tight even with 14 gauge wire feeding the fixture. I’m not sure how you would manage to squeeze in connections for dimming controls. I wish there was a little more space in that area for making the connection and I wish the cover was just a cover (without the knockouts, which should be on the body of the light).

Title: Better Than I Expected
Review: With many of these products made in China and bearing an odd company name, I worry just what I’m getting. That was the case with these lights, but on paper they looked like exactly what I was wanting. We’re putting them in a basement TV room and since we couldn’t be sure exactly how much light they’d be putting out, adjustability was a nice feature, as was the ability to change the light temperature. They went in easily though our contractor installed all six when I was anticipating just using three or four. We’ll probably need to install a dimmer switch to get the light level down some for TV viewing, but in all, the lights seem to be working out very well.

Title: Seems like a great value
Review: So far, really impressed with these 2×2 panels… Rebuilt our basement and replaced all the fluorescent lighting… I have these set to 4000k color temp. Not using the dimmer system. Much brighter than fluorescent’s as well. We’ll see how long they last. If they start failing, I will update this review accordingly

Title: Really good units
Review: Bought four 2×4 due to great success with 6 of the 2×2 installed month earlier in another room. Two light panels were damaged but not visible damage on package. Install anyway as units looked intact.Contacted seller. They agreed to replace. It took a while but received replacements. All work as advertised. Using dimmer with all.
