Review: Inexpensive, easy to setup, reliable, and integrated with Alexa. They hit all points you would want for an Alexa compatible smart plug. When trying to integrate other third party devices there is extra registration, connection issues, etc. I like to support competition and diversity, but for electronic devices it’s difficult to justify the inconvenience of another account, more junk e-mails, more personal information being sold.

Review: Absolutely an awesome product especially if you are a Prime Alexa user. It super easy to use and very intuitive. It is compatible with the Alexa app controls or by voice to your Alexa commands. Within your app, you can add timers which is convenient and can be used whether you are home or away. I already have one and when I saw the good price for the value of this product to get 2, I jumped at the opportunity. I attached it to other lights in my home. For me it was as easy as plugging in the plug and naming it (for user commands and identifying which item you are using).For me the convenience of this product is very useful, hands free, and hassle-free in and around my home to use various things with ease. The smart plugs are sturdy and durable.I highly recommend this product and would definitely purchase again, to use for other home automation items in my home.

Title: Works good, affordable
Review: It was very easy to connect and set up. At first it was not working, but then I realized that my phone was connected to 5G wifi. Need to be on 2.4 wifi to set up it. Also a good idea to know which unit you have before plugging it in and setting it up so you know which QR code to scan to add to Alexa. Works fine, affordable. I use it so I can remotely turn on/off certain things. Works well for my purposes. Knocked down a star because it’s a little wide, would be good if it were more compact.

Review: These are perfect. I use them in conjunction with our Alexa echo app to set a routine. We have 3 of these plugs to turn on and off the lights & heat lamps for our tortoise & our fish tank! The timer works great and I don’t have to worry about remembering to turn them on. This is important as our tortoise needs 12 hours of light daily! They are super simple to set up, especially if familiar with Alexa smart products. The instructions make it even easier. They work with anything you plug into them. We bought one like 5 years ago and it’s still working!

Title: A simple and reliable way to connect a light to Alexa
Review: My goal was to get four lamps in my home connected to Alexa using voice controls. First I purchased four smart bulbs. The process was complex and required me to download a proprietary app on my phone and even then I had no success pairing the bulbs with Alexa so that I could control my lamps by voice command through Alexa. I returned the so-called smart bulbs and purchased four Amazon Basic smart plugs instead. What a difference! These smart plugs are simple to install and intuitive. You plug them into a wall socket and they pair with Alexa seamlessly. They are designed solely to be used with Alexa and no complicated and unreliable additional software is needed unlike the smart bulbs. Just plug them into a wall socket and they start pairing with your Alexa app and 30 seconds later you are connected. They are a simple, elegant, reliable solution for anyone who wants to control their lighting (and presumably any other electrical device) with Alexa so they have voice control over it. Highly recommended.

Title: Super Easy Setup – Even Handles My AC with No Issues!
Review: This was by far the easiest installation of any Alexa-compatible plug I’ve used. As soon as I plugged it into the wall, I got a notification from the Alexa app saying a new device had been detected. All I had to do was tap it, rename the outlet, and it was ready to go. No manual setup required. I’m currently using it to control my AC, and it’s been working flawlessly.I also really wanted a plug design that doesn’t block the other socket, and this one delivers! I’m still able to access the bottom outlet with ease. Great build quality, and you get multiple plugs at a great price. Highly recommended!
