Title: Works well, but not made for small ears
Review: I got these for my elderly mom who has difficult hearing due to tinnitus. Compared to the hearing aids offered by her audiologist, these were significantly more affordable and actually amplify sound enough for her to actually hear conversations and the dialogue on TV.The charging case is very easy to use and supposedly retains 60 hours of power, so you can charge your hearing aids on the go when you aren’t near an outlet. A single charge lasts a full day (waking hours). Controls are easy to use. My mom liked that she could adjust the volume without removing the hearing aid from her ear (the last pair we tried had a dial that was difficult to turn while in the ear).The only complaint is that the hearing aid is too large to stay securely in her ear while she’s moving around. She has much smaller than average ears and the included silicone tips (3 sizes) were all too large and the bulk of the hearing aid is a bit too large for her outer ear. But they still work fine when she’s sitting in the house, watching TV. But if she used them outside the house, they’d likely fall out and get lost.

Review: These hearing aids are very good value and love that they recharge in their own little box. Easy to set up. The only downfall is that if you have very small ear canals like me, they won’t stay in your ears even with the different sizes of rubber ear buds provided.

Review: The way it works all sounds are amplified the same, making loud sudden sounds like a clap VERY loud.There is considerable background noise and sound artifacts making the sound sound weird.It does help understanding the TV.There are lots of rubber ear pieces supplied, but I have not been able to find one that keeps the aid in place whilst moving about.
