In this Morocco Travel Vlog we journey through the Middle Atlas Mountains to the apple capital of Morocco, Midelt.

The cool mountain air and stunning nature in the Middle Atlas made for a refreshing change from the bustling cities of Fez, Chefchaouen and Casablanca. We were surrounded by wildlife, including some unexpected surprises — don’t miss it!

As we travelled south to Midelt, the landscape changed dramatically, from the European-influence of northern Morocco, to the nomadic Berber, or Amazigh, south. Located on a high barren plateau (over 1,500 meters) between the Middle and High Atlas Mountains, Midelt is the perfect base for exploring both mountain ranges.

And then came the highlight of the trip — the hidden canyon of Berrem Gorge! We had no idea it even existed until it was almost upon us. What an incredible surprise!

Highlights:
– Scenic road trip from Fez to Midelt
– Seeing wild Barbary Macaque Monkeys and other Unexpected wildlife
– Discovering Berrem Gorge, a hidden gem in Morocco

If you’re planning a Morocco road trip or looking for unique places to visit, this episode is a must-watch!
