Reviewer: Really disappointed, treats are different shape, size, colour and smell. I tried to give one to the dog and she spat it out! The packaging is also different, I suspect the product isn’t the genuine thing. This is the second time I’ve complained, I thought by subscribing I would avoid counterfeit products. The genuine product has been great for my dog but the issues with supply is very concerning, I’ll give it one more try but suspect I will have to cancel my subscription, very disappointing. Would be useful if I could speak with the company directly but everything has to go through Amazon and they don’t seem interested in resolving the issue despite giving me a refund
