Title: Decent rechargeable hearing aids
Review: These rechargeable hearing aids work pretty well. They charge in a few hours and last over 24 hours. They hang on your neck but are lightweight and comfortable, have multiple hearing modes, an adjustable volume, and do a decent job at increasing my old parent’s hearing volume while indoors. They amplify all sounds in the room which is annoying and can be piercing to your eardrums. They also have a bluetooth mode to pair with your cell phone for listening to music and making phone calls. They come with large and small ear plugs and a charging cable. They are a bit too expensive for average quality.

Title: Great sound, good amplifier, questionable AI smart noise cancellation.
Review: The ClaspVital “OTC Hearing Aids for Seniors, 55dB Gain Hearing Aids with Bluetooth Rechargeable 30H Battery Life, AI Smart Noise Cancellation, Neckband Earphone Design, Lightweight & Comfortable Wear” battery lasts a long time. I can use it for three days before needing to recharge. The audio is clear, and listening to YouTube or phone calls provides quality sound. It is a good amplifier. My hearing loss is in the spoken range. I still have my highs and lows, so when using these, I hear footsteps, pencils, and paper rattling on desks. For my type of hearing loss, these are less effective because they amplify everything. They have four modes: Indoor, Outdoor, Movie, and General. I tried all four modes during our “pod” meetings at work. In indoor mode, I couldn’t hear the speaker at the other end of the room. The general mode was the loudest, but I also heard every click and clack in the room. I could hear the speaker, but the loud creaks and clacks were unpleasant. It uses a watch-type magnetic charging cord, which limits its convenience. When away from home, you can’t just plug it into a USB-C, so traveling means carrying another cord and risking losing it in a hotel or rental car. This could make these already expensive hearing aids useless. The last thing I dislike is the presence of an on and off switch. If you forget to turn it off, the 30-hour battery will drain, and it won’t be ready when I want to use it again.
