Title: What I was looking for
Review: I really appreciate this particular line Prevail has created. It is a bit larger than their other XL product line. I’m a bigger lady but not so big that a 2XL fits well (too big around legs=possible leaks)I also appreciate being able to buy a larger quantity at a time. This underwear is comfortable, contains liquid well and isn’t bulky. I don’t notice the urine smell when I dispose of them into a waste receptacle. This brand will be an ongoing purchase for me.

Title: Not worth your money
Review: Don’t waste your money!! They don’t fit tight or even close to tight fit around your legs. Which needless to say means they leak. Also they just don’t fit right over all. I know I bought the right size but also know I bought the wrong product.

Title: Unisex does not work for me
Review: This was a COVID purchase when I couldn’t get the Depend FIT-FLEX XL that I usually use. Unisex does not work for me as they don’t cover as well at the top corners, think \._./ (same too with Solimo, both unisex and men’s which I believe are manufactured by Prevail – First Quality because they respond to questions and reviews on Solimo products ). Also, if you try these go by the sizing chart in the listing. I tried the XL because that’s what I use in the Depends and it was too large which is my fault, not Prevails. I have an indwelling or suprapubic catheter (SPC) and am completely incontinent from complications after prostate cancer. Because I use a drain bag, I could use these at night but could not use these as my regular daily diapers.It’s a journey – good luck.
