Title: Hear what I say..
Review: By far these are the best OTC hearing aids for the money. These are NOT amplifiers, these are actual hearing aids with several settings. When they are in your ear, you can’t tell you are wearing them. Great hearing aids.

Title: My warning about In the Ear hearing amplifiers or hearing aids
Review: I’ve tried the Over the Ear hearing amplifiers and also the in the ear amplifiers. The OTE type have never been comfortable in my case. So, I thought ITE hearing amplifiers might work better. However, I would like to warn anyone who is considering these ITE hearing amplifiers. Most of the models I have ordered and tried out, have one very IMPORTANT and CRITICAL defect. The tiny, little, clear pull out string-tabs are so inexcusably short in length that it is literally impossible to remove these ITE aids unless you stand in front of a mirror and use tweezers, and even then, it is a major challenge. Due to the shortness of the pull-out string, it might even require a trip to a doctor and the cost associated with that, to get these ITE aids removed from your ears. This is a MAJOR reason to be careful about buying these ITE aids.

Title: Inexpensive technology not quite there yet.
Review: Very much wanted this item to work well. Construction and packaging seemed very good. Size was just what I was looking for. Unfortunately, sound quality is poor. Very “tin can” sounding and volume fluctuated on it’s own without adjusting. Sometimes distant sounds were louder than close voices, other times, just the opposite. Bottom line, a hearing aid should help you hear better and these did not 🙁 Returned for refund.

Title: Great hearing aids at an affordable price.
Review: These hearing aids are easy to use and work well. After finding the right size ear dome, they are comfortable. I’ve had hearing loss for a long time, and always needed the TV volume up to 15. The first day, I could hear the TV with at volume at 8. My daughter is really happy that she can talk to me in a normal tone of voice and not yell for me to hear.

Title: Whistles and Screeches
Review: The hearing aids whistle and screech very loudly almost every few seconds, especially the left hearing aid. Everyone in the room can hear the screeching. Tried cleaning, changing ear buds, and setting the hearing aid to all the volume levels, but it still keeps screeching. Very disappointed in performance. Will be returning.
