Title: High quality device with easy activation at a reasonable price
Review: This is my first time with one of these GPS devices. I was expecting it to be rather complex to setup and get working.But it turned out that setup and activation went very smooth online with no calls needed to support. Tested it withmy 92 year old mother and it worked great. Even with her bad hearing the audio quality was better than expected.The phone application also works great. Being able to see the GPS location and the battery level is great. The overallbuild quality of the device seems above average. Overall I would highly recommend this device if you have elderly parents to look after and you need peace of mind their OK. Thanks SecuLife!

Title: I WOULDN’T RECCOMEND THIS ITEM
Review: I got this for my wife who has dementia, it was an easy set-up, but it always showed my wife being in another house, when she was here…It never depicted her at home, they also make a BIG DEAL, about the service agreement being a CONTRACT, so if it didn’t work satisfactory you wouldn’t be able to cancel it…BAD BUSINESS!

Review: Works well as a supplemental or primary call device for elderly. Be aware this device is only for contacting emergency contacts such as family members and not for contacting 911 or other emergency services.It’s easy to set up with 2 plan options with reasonable prices. I like the GPS tracking which has either 30 seconds updates or 5 minute updates depending on which you choose.The device includes a magnetic charger and the battery lasts for days before needing a charge, on standby. Easy to use with an SOS button on the front and two small side buttons. Lanyard has a toggle to adjust.Overall, good quality and well made.

Title: Great small fall alert for Great price,
Review: This works perfect for my mom. She lives very close to me, so when she pushes the button she can talk directly to me. It is very sensitive fall alert. Sometimes a little to sensitive. I would rather have it that way, other than not sensitive enough. I allows you to program 3 different phone numbers, so I have my daughters number listed also. We all get alerted that way. The price is also very inexpensive. It fits our family needs perfectly.

Title: Beware of delays with refunds from Seculife
Review: I am awaiting a response about my refund. If they refund me as they should I will update this response & rating. Battery life was 1-2 days max. Since I purchased device through Amazon and the service for the year $240 through Secu-life I just wanted them to refund my $240. I cancelled service after 10 days (supposed to have 15 day free trial). They said they’d would have to wait till they got my Amazon return. They make you jump through a lot of hoops trying to get refund and it seems like they want you to miss the 15 day mark with their requests (they said for me to send a pic of my Amazon return receipt. When I did they said okay now we have to wait till we get return). Amazon credited my account immediately but SECULIFE has still not refunded my $240. I liked the device but it did not work 100% and that’s what I need for my mom. Maybe it is because cell service at her house is not the best.

Title: Great product for the price
Review: Easy to set up, I also got great help from the customer service department.I like the ability to set up multiple fence areas, My kids find it reassuring that we are doing the best to keep my husband safe at home with me. Please let your people in your contact phone list for this device know when you are playing with it to get it going, because they will get notified if the SOS button is hit. Which is GREAT because we all know it works. the time format is only is 24 hour, not 12 hour at this time. I like the control it gives me the care taker.
